ChangeFest Learning Network 2025 kicks-off

“The opportunity to hear what other communities are doing. To reflect on my own practice and to expand my perspective.”

“The open and honest mindset of participants and speakers.”

This is what people have shared about the ChangeFest Learning Network, which launched in 2024. The Learning Network is a place for you to connect with peers and leaders throughout the year on how communities are leading systems change. It offers you an opportunity to take a pause, reflect, listen and share. And seeks to help you in our own work for community-led system change – whether it be in community, government, large for purpose organisations and businesses.

You’re invited to join the ChangeFest community at the first Learning Network event of 2025, when we hear the story of Learning the Macleay—a community-led initiative focusing on racism, relationships, and right timing.

Grab a cuppa and hear from Jo-Anne Kelly, Partnership Lead, and the team as they share how they’re building momentum for community action on Thunggutti/Dunghutti country—only two years after they began.

You’ll hear insights from their community survey and deep engagement with community. Together, we’ll explore the similarities and differences across communities and our work. We’ll listen, learn from each other, and grow Australia’s movement for community-led systems change.
